A free series of compilation tapes! Thanks for stopping by. Making tapes is a hobby, as is sharing them. This series will last until I run out of blanks or working equipment. If you want to send me a mixtape of your choosing, Cassection is free. Otherwise, you must pay for postage. The cassette, packaging, and time taken are all still free!

Intro

Welcome! Here you will find the tracklists for the Cassection series of mixtapes. This is a free series (excluding postage); all you need to do is email me to receive the latest edition. The cassette itself, packaging, and time taken remain free. Postage used to be included too but an increase in requests has meant I will have to start asking for contributions. Cassection is a continuation of my MiniDisc Mixes series. Since the MiniDisc series has ended, some tracks may be reused in this series if I still think them worthy enough.

• As of 25 August 2024, you must pay for shipping or send a mixtape of your own.
• Group and song names are rendered as per the artist's own preference.
• Cassette is an analogue medium which is far from perfect. There may be issues with overall sound quality.
• Sometimes there may be problems with levels - that's what balance controls are for!
• Mastering levels vary widely. I do my best to make sure the whole cassette is the same volume.
• Some editions have random excerpts added at the start or end of the tape.
• Each tape is made on demand using FLAC files (or high bitrate lossy format). Tapes are not dubbed from a master.
• Noise reduction or equalization is never employed.
